Michiko and Hatchin - Courtney and Dawn

Ok so I REALLY wanted to do this crossover since that my friend talked to me about a anime released in 2008 whose name is Michiko & Hatchin. Unfortunately it's a anime very underrated. :/ 
(I haven't watched all the episode, but I really love it!! / Merci Elisa!! )
I truly advice this anime!  

For those who don't know this anime here's the plot:

"In a country named Diamandra, the criminal Michiko has escaped from prison and rescues her apparent daughter Hana (who she nicknamed Hatchin) in the process saving her from her foster family's abuse. The two are about as opposite as they come, but their fates become intertwined through the connection of Hiroshi Morenos, Hatchin's father. On the run from the police and Hatchin's abusive foster parents, the unlikely duo set out to find this Hiroshi and ultimately discover their freedom."

I've decided to draw Courtney as Michiko for some reasons:
Let me explain, fisrt of all Michiko's apperance remind me alot Courtney, in particular her wick on her forehead. Michiko Malandro is Afrolatina and I'm 99% sure that Courtney is Latina Michiko is also VERY Badass (that's why I love her so much )

I chosen Dawn as Hatchin because I think she was the one who represented her the best : She's blond, cute and quiet like Hatchin. (I know that Hatchin is supposed to have 9-10 years old ^^ but I think the fact that Dawn is small doesn't seem too strange. Well I hope )
